Rolling Greens is a premium mobile golf simulator rental company. We bring a professional-grade Foresight GC3 simulator inside a stunning 17×15 ft branded inflatable enclosure directly to your venue. Every booking includes a dedicated on-site attendant, professional setup and breakdown, and all clubs and equipment — you just show up and enjoy it.

We use the Foresight GC3 launch monitor — one of the most accurate simulators in the industry, trusted by PGA Tour professionals and high-end club fitting studios. It uses a high-speed camera system to measure ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, carry distance, and club data in real time. Guests play on world-famous courses like Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, Augusta National, and more.

Not at all! Our on-site attendant is there to help every guest — from complete beginners to avid golfers. We adjust the settings to make it fun and approachable for everyone. The simulator is just as entertaining for someone who has never swung a club as it is for a scratch golfer.

One person hits at a time, but the simulator is a social experience — guests gather around, cheer, and compete on the leaderboard together. For larger guest counts, we recommend the 6-hour Signature package to give everyone a great chance to participate. Our attendant manages the flow to keep things moving and fun.

Through GSPro software, guests can play on dozens of the world's most famous courses — including Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, TPC Sawgrass, Augusta National, and many more. Game modes include stroke play, closest-to-pin contests, longest drive challenges, and custom scramble formats. Our attendant will help set up whichever format works best for your group.

We need a minimum 20×18 ft clear, flat, dry area with at least 10 ft of overhead clearance for the inflatable enclosure (17×15×10 ft). The surface can be grass, pavement, concrete, hardwood, or similar — just no steep slopes or soft ground that would make the enclosure unstable. We also need a standard 120-volt outlet within 50 feet of the setup location. If power isn't available, we can bring a generator — just let us know in advance.

Yes! We can set up in both indoor and outdoor spaces as long as the space and power requirements are met. Ballrooms, warehouses, event halls, and large garages all work great. For outdoor events, the surface needs to be flat and dry. In cases of severe weather — high winds, lightning, or flooding — we reserve the right to pause or reschedule for everyone's safety.

Setup typically takes 60–90 minutes and breakdown around 45–60 minutes. We arrive early so everything is ready before your event start time. Setup and breakdown time is never counted against your booked hours — you get the full time you paid for.

We're based in Lancaster, SC and serve events throughout North and South Carolina. No travel fee within 50 miles of zip code 29720. Beyond 50 miles, a travel fee is quoted upfront — no surprises. Contact us for events outside NC/SC and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes — everything is included. We bring clubs, balls, tees, and all the equipment needed to run the simulator. Guests are also welcome to bring their own clubs if they prefer to use their personal set.

Fill out our inquiry form or call/text us at (864) 650-2474. We'll confirm availability and respond within 24–48 hours. Once you're ready, we'll send a contract to sign digitally and collect a 25% deposit to secure your date.

A 25% deposit is due at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. We'll send a reminder so nothing sneaks up on you.

We accept credit and debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Whichever is most convenient for you.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: deposit is forfeited, but any additional payments are refunded in full. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: no refunds are issued and the full contract amount remains due. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance are accommodated based on availability at no charge (one reschedule per booking).

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for most events, and further ahead for peak seasons (spring and fall weekends book fast). That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows — reach out and we'll do our best.

Yes. Rolling Greens carries general liability insurance and is fully licensed to operate in both North Carolina and South Carolina. A certificate of insurance (COI) is available upon request — many venues require this and we're happy to provide it.

We operate in most weather conditions. Light rain is generally fine for outdoor setups since the enclosure provides shelter. However, in cases of severe weather — high winds, lightning, or flooding — we reserve the right to pause or reschedule for everyone's safety. If indoor space is available at your venue as a backup, that's always a great option to have. We'll communicate early if weather looks like a concern.

Yes — all bookings include a service agreement that covers liability, venue requirements, and event policies. Our attendant also manages the simulator activity to keep things safe and fun for all participants.

The Club is our corporate subscription package — two weekday sessions per month on a 3-month minimum commitment. It includes priority scheduling, a dedicated attendant every session, custom scoring and leaderboards, and invoice-friendly billing. It's ideal for companies that want a consistent, premium experience for team building or client entertainment. Contact us to request a custom proposal.

Absolutely. The simulator works well as an activity station within larger events — trade shows, company picnics, holiday parties, and client appreciation events. We recommend the 6-hour Signature package for larger groups, and our attendant keeps things organized and moving. Contact us to discuss your specific event and we'll tailor a plan.

Yes! We offer a custom leaderboard add-on — a branded real-time scoring display perfect for tournaments, competitions, and corporate events. It adds a competitive element that guests love. Ask us about this when you inquire and we'll include it in your quote.
